She can be found on the front cover of Gourmet Magazine's July 2021 issue, in Phoenix Magazine, Phoenix New Times, Arizona Republic, Ahwatukee Foothills News, and the Arizona Independent. Sandra's art was also featured on author Stephen King's twitter feed in early 2021.
In early 2021 author Stephen King tweeted out Sandra Marshall's veggie version of the famous Bernie Sanders meme. Sandra's 'Feel The Burn' potato, cauliflower, kale, and eggplant Bernie went viral around the globe!
